Financial Controller

A key role in managing the finance function of a leading industrial company in Northern Israel, including control, budgeting, and cash flow. Direct interface with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation of financial reports for all companies in the group
• Responsibility for budgetary control
• Preparation of the annual budget
• Monthly closing, with particular focus on inventory control and provisions
• Managing annual audits with an external CPA and preparing financial statements
• Monitoring project profitability
• Ongoing work with banks and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Economist, CPA, or senior/experienced controller
• At least 5 years of experience as a controller in an industrial/manufacturing company — required
• Proficiency in ERP systems; Priority preferred — required
• High level of order, organization, and accuracy; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
