Role Overview-

• A dynamic and diverse role uniquely combining technical, clinical, and business aspects of product development.
• Leading the development of simulation and training solutions for sophisticated surgical technologies.
• Conducting extensive field research to understand clinical, technical, and marketing needs, translating them into product requirements.
• Managing the product lifecycle within a global organizational framework, ensuring the delivery of high-impact training tools.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, and clinical experts) to drive product innovation.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical field – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Product Management or Project Management within a global organization – Mandatory.
• High level of proficiency in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad (approx. every two months) for clinical and business engagements.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical systems and clinical end-user needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions with global stakeholders.
