Role Overview-

• Joining as a DevOps Team Lead, overseeing a specialized team of engineers with significant growth potential.
• Balancing strategic leadership with approximately 50% Hands-On involvement in building and scaling a complex, data-intensive production environment.
• Taking ownership of the infrastructure for a multidisciplinary AI product that handles massive datasets and sophisticated algorithms.
• Collaborating closely with founders and R&D teams to design and implement robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud architectures.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or engineering management role.
• Deep technical expertise in Linux environments (development and administration).
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation scripting (specifically Python).
• Strong background in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• A "Builder" mindset with the ability to lead a team through the unique challenges of a high-growth stealth startup.
