Realize CFO services boutique firm, is on the lookout for interns to take care of our amazing clients, learn the business from the ground up, and grow with it. We specialize in providing external CFO services and A-Z financial operations to early stage startups. Our passion for what we do sets us apart from other financial services firms.

We are currently in the lookout for interns searching for a meaningfull internship managing our clients' finances. These awesome individuals will learn the Realize principles to eventually be able to lead the finance operations of Israel's most promising startups independently from the ground up. We are looking for motivated individuals with passion and a special appetite for learning and making an impact on everything they do.

Role Description

This is a full-time position. The interns will be assigned to one of our teams and be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including financial reporting, analyzing financial statements, and providing financial insights. Our offices are based in Ramat Gan, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications (Must haves)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Qualified CPA exams
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Great English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Extraordinary people skills and ability to move others to take action
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
