Full-Stack Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a talented AI team while staying deeply hands-on. You’ll design and develop advanced GenAI solutions, define system architecture, drive complex projects end-to-end, and work closely with product teams and customers to deliver high-impact AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Design and implement advanced AI models, system architecture, and seamless integrations.
• Architect and deploy RAG systems, perform Fine-tuning, and master Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Work extensively with Vector Databases, build scalable Data Pipelines, and oversee MLOps practices to ensure production-grade reliability.
• Partner closely with Product teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful AI-driven features.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of development experience

- 2+ years of experience in managing a development team

- Strong Python expertise

- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face

- Proven experience in LLM orchestration and production deployment

- Experience designing RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering

- Work with Vector Databases, Data Pipelines, and MLOps

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML
