We’re looking for a full-time Brand & Marketing Team Leader to join our vibrant Design team in Tel-Aviv.

About the role:

• Design Leadership & Brand Evolution: Lead the creative direction and visual evolution of Artlist’s brand, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and consistent while the company scales and the market evolves.
• Strategic Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a key bridge between design, product, and growth teams, effectively communicating design logic and brand strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
• AI-Enhanced Creative Strategy: Drive the visual narrative for breakthrough generative features like AI References, translating complex technical capabilities into professional brand stories.
• Creative Operational Excellence: Streamline design workflows from discovery to launch, turning creative vision into high-fidelity output while maintaining the agility and precision required in a market-leading tech company.

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in brand or marketing design within high-growth tech environments.
• Leadership at Scale: At least 2 years of experience managing design teams specifically within a scaling global brand or established tech organization. You are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and navigating the dynamics of a fast-moving, globally recognized brand.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate creative visions and lead design reviews that align diverse teams toward a unified goal.
• AI-Forward Mindset: Deep, hands-on experience with generative video and image models, and a passion for integrating these tools into a professional design process.
• Agility & Growth: Proven ability to lead a team through constant change, maintaining high quality and morale in a dynamic, evolving brand landscape.
