We’re looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to lead end-to-end data solutions—from business needs to smart architecture and clear technical specifications. Responsibilities

1. Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications
2. Define and document ETL/ELT processes , including DWH & Data Lake
3. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams and BI teams
4. Support delivery across the lifecycle: development guidance, UAT, rollout, and adoption
5. Contribute to data architecture planning in cloud-based environments
6. Ensure quality, alignment, and clarity between requirements and implementation

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, with strong emphasis on data-focused projects
2. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
3. Proven experience in defining BI and DWH solutions
4. Strong command of SQL and deep understanding of data modeling
5. Ability to lead complex initiatives and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

1. Background in large-scale and/or regulated organizations
2. Experience working with geospatial databases and GIS technologies
