AI Team Leader - JB-564

We are seeking an AI & Signal Processing Team Leader to join our exceptional team, and play a role in shaping both the team’s future and the evolution of magnetic applications. In this role, you will guide the team’s research and development efforts, lead strategic technological decisions, and drive innovative solutions that redefine magnetic applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI and signal processing engineers
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI and magnetics-related projects — from research and design through implementation and deployment
• Architect, train, and optimize deep neural networks for physical signal applications
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in deep learning and signal processing development
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team
• Strong expertise in neural networks, classical algorithms, and signal processing methods.
• Hands-on experience with physical data analysis (magnetic data analysis –an advantage
• Good problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple projects in dynamic, fast-paced settings
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (M.Sc. – an advantage).
