What you will do:

• Own the Product Design and UX: Take full ownership of end-to-end UX for key product areas, leading everything from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and iteration.
• Improve and Evolve our Design DNA: Maintain a high quality bar for UI and UX, contributing to a scalable design system that ensures our platform feels uniform and cohesive as we grow.
• Translate Complexity into Simple Workflows: Design intuitive workflows for a complex, data-rich platform, turning technical security signals into clear and action-oriented workflows for our users.
• Collaborate as a Core Unit: Partner directly with Product and Engineering to frame problems and make smart tradeoffs that balance user value with technical feasibility.
• Active Participant in Discovery: Drive user validation using interviews, usability testing, and prototypes to ensure we are solving the right problems with the correct solutions.
• Build and Ship in Figma: Create high-quality wireframes and interactive prototypes, iterating quickly based on feedback and working side-by-side with Engineering and Product through build, QA, and final polish.
  
  

• 5+ years as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in B2B SaaS, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership on complex, data-heavy products.
• Strong UX and UI craft, with advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Proven discovery leadership: problem framing, research, iteration, and defining requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Strong product judgment and a structured, methodical approach to solving problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including presenting and explaining design decisions; strong English proficiency required.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; able to influence without authority.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools responsibly across the design process, research synthesis, and collaboration with engineering.
• Experience at a cybersecurity startup is a plus.
