For a small and growing boutique industrial-technology company, specializing in Full Turnkey manufacturing and outsourcing solutions, we are looking for a Lead / Responsible – Procurement & Logistics Operations, Order Coordination, Customer & Integrator Management.

This is a hands-on operational role, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, and serving as a key execution point between Sales, suppliers, manufacturing partners, logistics flows, and business customers in Israel.

The role focuses on procurement and logistics coordination, manufacturing follow-up, deliveries, and basic customer-facing operational service, in a lean, non-hierarchical organization.

We specialize in end-to-end (Full Turnkey) manufacturing solutions, supporting product development, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and assembly across global supply chains.

Our expertise covers:

• Mechanical systems
• Optics
• Motion & drive systems
• Control systems
• Pneumatics

We support components, assemblies, and complete products, including design-for-manufacturing support, technical documentation, and production preparation.

Manufacturing and logistics are carried out:

• In Israel
• In company-owned facilities in China
• Through long-term manufacturing and logistics partners in Eastern Europe and China

Our customers include manufacturers, factories, entrepreneurs, and importers who design and produce products through us.

Execution and coordination of procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supply processes, based on customer requirements received from the Sales team, while managing ongoing operational communication with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and customers.

This is not a managerial role, but a broad operational responsibility role in a small boutique company.

• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and manufacturing processes in Israel and overseas according to customer orders
• Receive and process orders from Sales and customers and release them to suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Daily communication with suppliers, factories, and logistics partners abroad
• Monitor production schedules, lead times, logistics flows, and delivery status
• Coordinate shipments, freight, and basic import/export processes
• Provide operational customer service to Israeli business customers: status updates, timelines, and issue resolution
• Work with ERP / CRM systems (Monday.com – advantage)
• Handle manufacturing, logistics, and quality documentation (COC / COA, shipping documents, production and quality reports)
• Support supplier sourcing, procurement, and logistics activities as needed
• Provide general operational support in a small team environment (hands-on, “everyone does everything” culture)

• Several years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, manufacturing coordination, or purchasing in an industrial or technical environment
• Proven experience working with overseas suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Basic technical understanding and ability to work with drawings and specifications – strong advantage
• Good level of English (daily written and verbal communication)
• Strong skills in Office and Excel; experience with ERP / CRM systems
• High level of organization, accuracy, and personal accountability
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, non-corporate environment
• Willingness to take a practical, hands-on role combining office-based work and operational coordination

• After 3 months – 1 day per week remote
