We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced QA SAP HR Tester to join our team in Haifa

Requirements

This role includes full responsibility for software testing within the organization’s SAP landscape, with a strong focus on the HR module.

The position requires a deep understanding of SAP HR business processes, creating test documentation, executing functional, integration, and regression tests, identifying defects, and working closely with implementation teams to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests within the SAP HR environment.
• Analyze complex financial processes and translate them into structured test cases.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation (STP, STD, STR).
• Record defects, track fixes, and collaborate with implementation and business teams in Haifa.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in system quality and process efficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and business understanding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Responsibility, thoroughness, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with Sales & Distribution (SD) – an advantage.
• Hands-on SAP testing experience in FI environments – required.
• Ability to deeply understand business processes and convert them into test scenarios.
• Strong learning ability and clear documentation skills.
• Experience working with SAP consultants and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to write test documentation in complex environments.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as **QC/ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira.
