We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of designing, building, and supporting DevOps processes based on industry best practices.
About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for planning, building, and maintaining DevOps pipelines
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and supporting secure development practices (DevSecOps)
- Working with GitOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Developing scripts and automation processes
- Supporting and optimizing workflows across the entire software development lifecycle
- Close collaboration with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Working in isolated / air-gapped environments
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Git-based configuration management – mandatory
- Scripting experience in Batch / PowerShell / Groovy / Bash / Python
- Experience working with Linux and Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker containers – mandatory
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) / OpenShift (OCP) / RKE
Nice to have
- Development background
- Experience in air-gapped environments
- Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with Helm
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
- Good understanding of GitOps
- Networking knowledge
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – a strong advantage
