Full Stack Team Leader

Located in the Central District, the company offers a highly flexible hybrid model with three days of remote work per week.

Role Overview-

• Reporting directly to the CTO, leading a distributed team of engineers (local and offshore).
• Maintaining a significant Hands-On presence (approximately 50-60%) while driving the team's technical excellence and delivery.
• Taking full ownership of the Fullstack domain, working equally across Node.js and React.
• Architecting and implementing scalable features for a complex trading platform that handles real-time financial data and blockchain integrations.
• Working in a fast-paced environment where technical decisions directly impact the company's core product and global network.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in Fullstack development.
• 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or engineering management role – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React.
• Strong background in working with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proven experience in a Startup environment – Mandatory.
• Experience with distributed systems and an interest in Fintech/Blockchain technologies.
