A young and promising Cybersecurity startup redefining Product Security through an AI-native approach. The company develops a holistic solution that enables organizations to identify and mitigate security risks during the design phase before code is even written.

By leveraging advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI, their platform empowers security architects and product teams in large enterprises to build secure-by-design software.

Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), the company operates a hybrid model.

Role Overview0

• Joining an elite Applied AI team focused on the full "Research to Production" lifecycle.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of the implementation, integration, and maintenance of high-performance models.
• Focusing on the engineering aspects of model development, with a specific emphasis on LLMs and textual data.
• Developing and optimizing ML/DL/AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Bridging the gap between theoretical machine learning and real-world production systems, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of professional experience as an AI / Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proven hands-on experience in LLM development and integration – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras).
• Strong background in Machine Learning theory combined with a solid "Builder" mindset for production environments.
• Experience working with Unstructured Text Data and NLP techniques.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced Startup environment – Mandatory.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity or Product Security domains – a significant advantage.
