Product Manager – NPI

Migdal HaEmek Site | Hybrid Position

We are looking for a Product Manager – NPI to lead new products from definition through industrialization and transition to mass production, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end ownership of products throughout the NPI lifecycle

• Manage product requirements and engineering documentation (PRD, ECOs, design changes)

• Lead NPI activities and handover from development to production

• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations

• Manage schedules, priorities, and cross‑functional interfaces

• Support technical issues, product improvements, and lifecycle changes

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – Industrial Engineering & Management / Mechanical / Electronics / other relevant field

• Experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management within NPI

• Strong technical background – mandatory

• Experience in manufacturing / hardware environments – advantage

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High‑level English
