In House Legal Counsel and Company Secretery

For a Gazz and Oil Energy company, looking for an In-house Legal counsel to join the legal team and work under the Chief Legal Officer.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, located in Tel Aviv. The responsibilities include providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling contract negotiations, managing corporate governance matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The individual will work closely with management to address and resolve legal and regulatory issues while supporting the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Shuk Hahon.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Legal Advice
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Review
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Relevant legal qualifications or a law degree
• Experience as a legal counsel or company secretary is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage

3-6 years of experience in the capital market and corporate secretarial in the commercial sector, or from a Legal department of a public company

Experience in corporate secretarial and supporting public companies

Experience in corporate and securities law

High level of English

• Experience with companies in the energy sector is an advantage
• Work mode- 4 days from the office and 1 day from home
• 3-6 years experience
