Rust Software Engineer

A rapidly growing leader in Data Security & Cloud Protection, developing an innovative AI-Native platform that enables global organizations to understand, protect, and mitigate data risks across cloud and hybrid environments.

The company is exceptionally well-funded, having secured hundreds of millions of dollars in investment, and operates with a world-class team of over 1,000 employees globally.

Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), operating a model that includes one day of remote work per week.

Role Overview-

• Joining a specialized, "internal startup" unit focused on developing a next-generation DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solution powered by Gen AI.
• Developing a high-performance Agent from the ground up, utilizing Rust and C++ to protect sensitive organizational data.
• Working within a fast-paced environment on a multidisciplinary product that serves some of the world's most prominent enterprises.
• Contributing to the core architecture and technical direction of a mission-critical security solution.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in Low-Level development.
• Strong proficiency in C or C++ – Mandatory.
• Experience with Rust – a significant advantage (candidates with strong C++ backgrounds willing to transition to Rust are welcome).
• Proven experience in developing Agents, system-level services, or security-oriented software.
• Deep understanding of OS internals (Windows/Linux/macOS) and memory management.
• Ability to solve complex performance and scalability challenges in high-stakes environments.
• A "Builder" mindset with a passion for cutting-edge security technologies and AI.
