Credit Analyst

A non-bank financing company in the residential real estate sector is seeking a Credit Analyst to join a professional credit team.

The role involves credit analysis, preparation of materials for credit committees, and ongoing support of approved transactions, with exposure to complex and large-scale real estate financing deals.

Role Description

• Analyze credit transactions in the residential real estate sector and assess financial and risk aspects.
• Prepare credit applications and present them to credit committees.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and support for approved transactions throughout their lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, legal advisors, appraisers, and various financial entities.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data related to credit activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or Real Estate Analyst – a significant advantage.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
