IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager

A global company in the Sharon area is looking for an IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager.
This role combines HQ IT ownership + production responsibility, team leadership, and hands-on infrastructure work in a global environment.

Responsibilities:
HQ / Internal IT • Own internal IT operations: employee tools, internal systems, legacy systems
• Manage access, endpoints, asset management, patching and internal applications
• Support employees + external contractors connected to internal systems
• Own office infrastructure: networking, firewalls, security controls, telephony, printers and vendors
Production / Customer-facing) • Own production operations: monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, patching, backups, uptime
• Manage Azure + on-prem / external datacenter infrastructure
• Hands-on Azure work: AKS, identity services, WAF, App Gateway, storage, managed databases
• Work closely with Professional Services and global stakeholders
• Manage vendors, SLAs, escalations and negotiations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT / infrastructure operations in production environments (preferably SaaS)
• Strong hands-on Azure background
• Strong fundamentals: AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSL, networking
• Windows + Linux experience
• Experience with security/monitoring tools (Fortigate, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Zscaler or similar)
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring a small team
• Fluent Hebrew and English (mandatory)
