A leading financial company in Tel Aviv is looking for a QA Team Lead to join its team.

Role Overview:

• Direct management of a QA team.
• Leading the establishment of automated testing infrastructure across the organization.
• Active involvement in product specification (Product) processes and ownership of the full QA lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management, mentoring, and leadership of QA engineers.
• End-to-end responsibility for product quality, from planning stages (STP/STD) through release.
• Leading the transition to automation, including building and implementing automation processes, with hands-on experience in API, performance, and server-side testing.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of proven experience managing a QA team in a financial company – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SQL in a SQL Server environment.
• Proven experience leading a transition to automation, including building and implementing automation processes, with hands-on experience in API, performance, and server-side testing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and engage teams during periods of change.

Advantages:

• Experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps).
