A leading Cybersecurity company at the forefront of the industry, experiencing significant global growth. The company develops mission-critical security solutions and operates with a high-caliber R&D organization. They maintain a professional work environment that balances innovation with a stable, hybrid model.
Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), operating a hybrid model with three days from the office.
Role Overview-
- A strategic, cross-organizational role reporting directly to the CTO.
- Joining an elite team of Software Architects to define the technical vision and future of the company’s products.
- Leading end-to-end architectural processes—from initial concept and product ideation to high-level design and technical road mapping.
- Working closely with Product management, Engineering leadership, and R&D teams to solve complex challenges in the Network Security domain.
- Influencing the technology stack and ensuring scalability and security across multiple product lines.
Requirements-
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Architect in a large-scale product company.
- Proven experience coming from Network Security companies – Mandatory.
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java.
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Python.
- Deep technical understanding of complex distributed systems and network protocols.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and defining long-term R&D roadmaps.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
