Software Architect

A leading Cybersecurity company at the forefront of the industry, experiencing significant global growth. The company develops mission-critical security solutions and operates with a high-caliber R&D organization. Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), operating a hybrid model with three days from the office.

Role Overview-

• A strategic, cross-organizational role reporting directly to the CTO.
• Joining an elite team of Software Architects to define the technical vision and future of the company’s products.
• Leading end-to-end architectural processes—from initial concept and product ideation to high-level design and technical road mapping.
• Working closely with Product management, Engineering leadership, and R&D teams to solve complex challenges in the Network Security domain.
• Influencing the technology stack and ensuring scalability and security across multiple product lines.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Architect in a large-scale product company.
• Proven experience coming from Network Security companies – Mandatory.
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Java.
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Python.
• Deep technical understanding of complex distributed systems and network protocols.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and defining long-term R&D roadmaps.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
