Performance Team Lead – Facebook (Meta)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Team Lead with strong expertise in managing Facebook (Meta) campaigns, combining hands-on execution with team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply data-driven, enjoys diving into performance metrics, and leads results through people.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a Performance team (minimum of two years of management experience)

Hands-on management of Facebook (Meta) campaigns, from strategy to ongoing optimization

Build performance strategies based on data and business goals

Deep analysis of campaign data, identifying trends and actionable insights

Ongoing optimization of budgets, audiences, creatives, and funnels

Work with KPIs, reporting, and performance measurement

Mentor and professionally develop team members

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience managing Facebook (Meta) performance campaigns

At least two years of team management experience

Experience managing large advertising budgets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data

Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities

Data-driven decision-making skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities
