We are seeking an experienced Project and Customer Manager to lead the implementation of a sales system for pension insurance agencies, insurance companies, and investment houses.
The role involves working closely with insurance agents and agency managers to understand sales processes, translate business needs into product requirements, and manage end-to-end implementation projects.
Responsibilities include customer onboarding, training, ongoing support, and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in the pension insurance industry, strong understanding of pension products and regulation.
3 years of project management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel.
Advantage:
Experience implementing insurance or sales systems and familiarity with core insurance platforms.
