Product Manager

Role Overview

• Managing the product lifecycle from inception to launch, balancing both Inbound and Outbound responsibilities.
• Working at the intersection of Engineering and Business to define and execute the product roadmap for critical security infrastructures.
• Translating complex blockchain security challenges into intuitive, high-impact product features.
• Engaging with global partners and end-users to identify market needs and maintain the company's competitive edge in the Web3 space.
• Collaborating with a high-caliber R&D team to secure digital assets and decentralized applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record in Product-led companies, with a strong preference for the Blockchain or Web3 sectors – Mandatory.
• Deep Technical Background and a strong understanding of decentralized technologies and security protocols.
• Experience in managing complex B2B or Infrastructure products.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
