Quality / Manufacturing / System Integration Engineer

Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel (On-site)

We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to support quality, manufacturing, and system integration activities in a production environment. The role combines hands-on execution with strong documentation and cross-functional coordination across R&D, Operations, and Quality.

• Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities: planning, protocol writing, execution, and reporting
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA); initiate and track CAPA actions
• Support system integration and production transfer activities, ensuring robust and repeatable processes
• Create and maintain engineering documentation: BOM, work/assembly instructions, test records, verification matrices
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet schedule, quality, and performance targets

• Proven experience in one or more of the following: Quality Engineering, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, System Integration, V&V/Test
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• High standards for documentation and process discipline
• Fluent Russian and English (Hebrew is not required)

• Exposure to ISO 13485 / FDA environments (MedTech)
• IQ/OQ/PQ or process validation experience
• Experience with electromechanical/electronics products and production lines
