IAM Specialist for a Leading Company! 5315

We are looking for an IAM Specialist to support and guide the organization’s Identity and Access Management program.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the organization’s IAM strategy.
• Provide professional guidance and consulting to technology teams on identity and access controls.
• Write and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Identify and assess identity and access security risks.
• Support and oversee IAM-related initiatives and projects.
• Train teams on identity security concepts and new processes.
• Support third-party identity and access risk management in collaboration with procurement, legal, and business teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Experience writing security policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of information security risks and supply chain security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Advantages

• Experience with cloud IAM platforms (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM).
