Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze performance, leading monetization automation.
  • Develop business by recruiting new partners.
  • Ensure client and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing and refine monetization strategies.
  • Identify and optimize workflow inefficiencies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms using analytical data.
  • Drive revenue growth and new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of programmatic advertising experience - a must.
  • Familiarity with RTB, XML, Ad Networks, SSPs, DSPs - a must.
  • Experience with Pop, New Tab, Browser Extensions, Redirect , Push Notifications,
  • Display Monetization fields - an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent/native English speaker - a must; other languages - an advantage.
