Infrastructure Operations & Production Manager

Comblack is hiring an Infrastructure Operations & Production Manager (DevOps/SRE) !

Lead and manage production operations environments, with full responsibility for the availability and resiliency of critical systems. The role includes cross-system incident management and leading stability processes across on-prem and cloud environments (GCP/AWS).

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps within public cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• Experience managing infrastructure operations, system, or NOC teams.
• Experience in cross-system incident management and change management in large, distributed environments.
• Deep knowledge of VMware infrastructures, Windows/Linux servers, monitoring systems, and storage (NetApp).
• Familiarity with networking technologies (F5, firewalls) and databases (Oracle/SQL).
• Experience working with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and indirect team management while interfacing with senior management.
