Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

What will you do

• You will be responsible for leading the automation and load testing development activities as part of the software testing operations within the division
• You will manage a team of 8 automation developers, create an annual work plan, and coordinate regularly with the department managers in the division
• You will ensure the creation of a stable and efficient automation capability
• You will work closely with various interfaces across the organization, including testing teams, development teams, and systems
• You will carry out ongoing activities with the testing departments/teams in the division – understanding their needs and translating them into a practical development plan

What will you bring

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing automation development teams or in a managerial role.
• Significant hands-on experience in developing automation scripts for 3 years.
• Experience working with QA teams and collaborating with development teams for 3 years.
• Experience in automation development using C# with POM structure based on Selenium WebDriver for over 5 years.
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Significant knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD for managing integration processes.
