COMBLACK is hiring a Salesforce System Analyst !
Managing and leading the Salesforce system within the organization, including identifying and translating business requirements into technological solutions, architecture planning, conducting Design Reviews, and optimal system implementation in collaboration with multiple teams.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud
- Strong skills in declarative Salesforce tools: Flow, Flow Orchestrator, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder, and more
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, permissions, and security
- Experience with business analysis methodologies and Agile, Domain Driven Design, and Design Thinking
- Ability to lead requirements discovery workshops, document business needs, and translate them into functional solutions
