Financial Controller

Enlight, a leading global public renewable energy company publicly traded on NASDAQ and TASE, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled financial controller to join its finance team

The role involves financial responsibility and independent management of entities in Israel and Europe, including managing quarterly closings, preparing financial statements and tax reports, and partnering on cross-organizational financial processes

Responsibilities:

• Managing quarterly financial closing and reports in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Overseeing domestic tax compliance and preparing annual tax reports
• Participating in cross-organizational financial processes
• Preparing and analyzing reports for the management
• Working closely with an external auditor
• Reviewing and analyzing key agreements from a financial perspective

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Big 4 alumni (mandatory)
• At least one post-Big 4 role (preferably in a public or energy company)
• High-level professional English
• Independent, proactive, and accountable with strong self-management skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
