Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Demand Operations Team Lead with strong buy-side programmatic expertise to lead, optimize, and scale our web monetization operations. This role combines deep operational involvement in performance optimization with people leadership.

The ideal candidate stays close to the data, understands how demand-side platforms operate, and is motivated to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will manage a cross-regional team based in Israel and Argentina, ensuring operational excellence, strong collaboration, and continuous performance improvement aligned with OMS’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of Demand Operations / Campaign Managers

across Israel and Argentina

● Take hands-on ownership of optimization and performance, serving as an escalation point for

complex demand-side and monetization challenges

● Develop and execute optimization strategies across SSPs and DSPs to maximize yield, efficiency,

and scale.

● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Publisher Success, Product, Dev, Sales) to align

operational execution with business goals

● Define and maintain best practices, workflows, and performance benchmarks for campaign

management and optimization

● Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accurate execution, monitoring, and reporting across

programmatic platforms

● Foster strong communication, accountability, and professional growth within the team

Requirements & Experience

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic web monetization, with strong exposure to

SSPs and DSPs

● Solid understanding of the buy-side ecosystem, including DSP optimization logic, buyer KPIs,

and demand behavior

● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience working with performance reports

and optimization insights

● Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while managing multiple

priorities
