About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product at an early stage. This is a hands-on role, not a management-only position. At this stage, product, tech, and go-to-market are tightly coupled. You’ll work directly with engineering and leadership to evolve a live product in production.

Responsibilities

• Experience building B2B SaaS products from early stages to production
• Background working in a startup or founding team, with real ownership over outcomes
• Proven ability to build products from scratch — from problem definition to shipped product
• Strong understanding of applied AI / data-driven systems in real-world products
• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team with minimal structure
• Builder mindset — ships, tests, iterates, and learns fast
• Able to make product decisions with incomplete information
• Experience working with US / EU markets is a plus
