Requirements:
The role
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Organic Growth Director to lead global efforts in expanding traffic, reach, and lead generation through non-paid channels. This role combines strategic SEO and GEO expertise with creative growth experimentation. You’ll own the organic acquisition funnel, identify new high-impact channels, and continuously optimize the performance of our organic digital ecosystem across international markets.
The day-to-day
- Build and lead the global organic growth strategy of the marketing department.
- Manage relationships with external SEO and GEO agency, monitor their activities, performance, and the impact of their initiatives on organic visibility and lead generation.
- Identify, test, and scale new organic acquisition opportunities such as social platforms, communities, review sites, referral programs, and strategic content partnerships.
- Develop and run structured growth experiments aimed at improving reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with demand generation, content, product marketing, and web ops to align organic efforts with pipeline goals.
- Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to ensure brand visibility and accurate representation in AI-driven search environments such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Define and monitor KPIs across organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and lead generation.
- Use analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Hotjar, etc.) to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and new organic opportunities, ensuring the company remains a first mover in emerging platforms.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in organic or growth marketing, preferably within an international B2B environment.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and pipeline contribution through SEO, GEO, and new organic channels.
- Deep understanding of search algorithms and generative AI search behavior.
- Experience managing and evaluating SEO/GEO agencies or vendors.
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Hands-on expertise with analytics tools suce as GA4, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive in exploring new trends before they scale.
- Strategic thinker who combines creativity with data-backed decision making.
