Python Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Python Team Lead to join our fast-growing startup. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in shaping a highly skilled development team and driving innovative projects in the cloud domain.

What you'll do

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small and efective team of developers, overseeing task assignments, Jira ticket management, workload balancing, and ensuring smooth delivery cycles.

You will also serve as the team’s technical knowledge hub, guiding developers through complex challenges while remaining 80% hands-on in coding and design.

Your work will focus on developing and maintaining services that interact with major cloud providers’ data sources (AWS, Azure, GCP), leveraging serverless functions, and integrating with cloud-native services and AI tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Python development - a MUST.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer mentoring others.
• Experience with Cloud services.
• Experience working with SDKs like boto3 or equivalent cloud SDKs.
• Background in structured development environments and Git workflows.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example.
