Job Description:
A leading company is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for an administrative and operational role, providing full support for the organization’s purchasing processes. The position involves ongoing work with suppliers and internal departments, as well as tracking purchase orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Opening, processing, and tracking purchase orders
• Ongoing communication with local and international suppliers
• Receiving and comparing price quotations
• Coordinating deliveries and monitoring supply schedules
• Handling invoices and matching them to purchase orders
• Working closely with internal departments
• Updating data in purchasing and ERP systems
• Assisting the Purchasing Manager with day-to-day tasks

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role – an advantage
• Full proficiency in Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems – an advantage
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces simultaneously
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
