We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational ERP projects for our enterprise clients.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Tafnit ERP system at client sites.
- Analyze business processes (finance, logistics, and more) and translate them into application solutions.
- Work closely with clients, business users, implementation teams, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Build work plans, manage schedules and Gantt charts, and drive projects to meet objectives.
- Guide implementation, train users, and handle real-time application issues.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing application/ERP projects – required.
- Hands-on background in ERP system implementation – required.
- Experience with Tafnit ERP system – strong advantage.
- Experience leading teams and matrix management.
- Relevant academic degree – CPA / Economist / Industrial Engineer.
- Experience in requirements specification, implementation, and deployment of information systems.
Big plus if you have:
- Financial background or experience working with finance departments.
- Technical background and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with additional ERP systems (SAP, Priority, Oracle).
- PMP certification or project management course.
