Account Services Project Manager

We are looking for an Account Services Development Specialist to join our Account Services team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using data and systems to improve processes, scalability, and customer experience.

In this position, you will play a key role in driving projects end-to-end, improving operational efficiency, and supporting top-level customer service through data-driven insights and smart process design.

What You’ll Do

• Initiate, design, build, and implement new processes and features to support customer service and data quality
• Lead projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from ideation to execution
• Analyze ongoing processes and data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Create reports and insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement impactful operational solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or an Analytical role
• B.A./M.A. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or an MBA – an advantage
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar data systems – an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Training experience – an advantage
