Lead and manage a Learning Development team, with full ownership of professional quality, timelines, and team growth.
The role combines hands-on leadership, instructional design oversight, and close collaboration with clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead instructional design and development processes
• Ensure high-quality standards across all deliverables
• Manage, mentor, and develop the team
• Support recruitment and onboarding
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – advantage
• Experience in Learning Development / Instructional Design
• Strong digital learning and Office skills
• Experience with project management tools – advantage
• Leadership or management experience – advantage
