DevOps Manager

We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to manage and guide our DevOps teams while staying hands-on with cutting-edge technologies.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers (5+ members) across multiple projects.
• Implement and drive DevOps practices, developing and optimizing processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain flexible, fast, and efficient processes, continuously improving workflow and release cycles.
• Support development and integration teams in version releases across development and production environments.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• 3+ years managing and leading DevOps teams.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline development using GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Git configuration management.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with Docker containers.
• Experience with Kubernetes (Openshift knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience with HELM.
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Ansible or Terraform – an advantage.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices – significant advantage.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS and private cloud) – significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – significant advantage.
