Financial Controller - Energix Israel Renewable Energies Ltd

Energix Israel, a subsidiary of the Energix Group and a leading company in the field of renewable energy, is seeking a Controller to join its finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation of economic reports and financial statements for financing institutions
• Communication with credit rating agencies
• Ongoing work with banks
• Preparation of board presentations
• Cash flow management
• Support to the procurement department
• Preparation of tax reports and handling of ongoing taxation matters

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 2–4 years of experience in a company reporting under IFRS, preferably a public or publicly held subsidiary
• Experience in financial statement consolidation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of commitment to the company and the role

התפקיד כולל

• הכנת דוחות רבעוניים ושנתיים לפי תקני IFRS
• הכנת דוחות כלכליים ודיווחים לגורמי מימון
• עבודה מול חברות דירוג ובנקים
• הכנת מצגות לדירקטוריון
• ניהול תזרים מזומנים
• סיוע למחלקת הרכש
• הכנת דוחות מס וטיפול בנושאי מיסוי שוטפים

דרישות התפקיד

• רו"ח מוסמך, בעל ניסיון של 2–4 שנים לפחות בחברה המדווחת לפי כללי IFRS, עדיפות לחברה ציבורית או בת של ציבורית
• ניסיון באיחוד דוחות
• יחסי אנוש מעולים
• מחויבות גבוהה לחברה ולתפקיד
