Role Overview

A Cora Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the design and delivery of advanced enterprise business process applications based on Cora’s iBPMS suite for intelligent business process management.

The role involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into automated, scalable, and data-driven workflow solutions, while ensuring performance, resiliency, governance, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Application Development

• Design complex processes, dynamic forms, rules engines, and orchestration logic.
• Implement role-based authorization mechanisms, auditability, and intelligent automation.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.

Integrations and System Ecosystem Management

• Design integration strategies based on REST or SOAP, messaging queues, events, and middleware.
• Work with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, DWH, identity systems, RPA, and more.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Professional Experience

• Proven hands-on experience implementing ERP or CRM systems in enterprise environments, including end-to-end delivery, configuration, integrations, and training or support as needed.
• At least two years of experience in enterprise implementation roles, digital transformation, or process automation.
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and vendors.

Process and Solution Design

• Proven ability to translate business requirements and processes into scalable solution designs.
• Deep understanding of process orchestration, rules-based logic, exception handling, approvals, and controls.
• Ability to professionally challenge requirements and propose better solutions, including optimization, simplification, and standardization of processes.

Technical Skills, significant advantage depending on seniority

• High proficiency in one or more of the following:
• .NET or C#
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• T-SQL and relational database design
• Advanced experience designing and troubleshooting REST or SOAP integrations.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging queues, and microservices is an advantage.

Delivery and Engineering Practices

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployments is a significant advantage.

Cloud and Security, advantage

• Cloud experience, preferably with Azure including Functions, APIM, Service Bus, App Services, Key Vault, and monitoring systems, or equivalent cloud services.
• Familiarity with security models such as SSO, OAuth2, SAML, and RBAC.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead customer-facing engagements.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to align stakeholders and operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
