COMBLACK is hiring a Delivery Excellence Lead (Agile / OPEX) !
A cross-organizational, high-impact role with responsibility for continuous improvement of delivery processes, leading Agile and OPEX methodologies, and close collaboration with senior management, IT, and business units in a complex enterprise environment.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience leading Delivery / Agile / OPEX processes in a large organization
- Background in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – required
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and technology transformation
- Experience from consulting firms – a significant advantage
- Strong ability to work in a matrix organization and lead multiple interfaces
- Process-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset
