This is an on-site, full-time position for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator located in North District, Israel. The SMT Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring SMT equipment to assemble electronic components. Day-to-day tasks include machine setup, operation, and maintenance; inspecting and testing components for quality; troubleshooting minor technical issues; and maintaining a high standard of precision and efficiency in production processes.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining SMT equipment and machinery
• Understanding of electronics and components used in SMT processes
• Ability to inspect and test assemblies for quality and functionality
• Technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production schedules
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and adherence to them
• High school diploma, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and/or Hebrew for effective communication
