Artificial intelligence is reshaping every industrial sector. By 2030, manufacturing, logistics, energy, materials and supply chains will be rewritten by AI, automation and new production models.

Your role is to translate i4Valley’s venture-creation edge and existing portfolio traction into a credible, investable fund story, and run a disciplined process that secures $50M in LP commitments.

You will be the architect, operator and closer of our fundraising engine.

What You’ll Do

• Run the fundraising operating system: outreach LPs to raise and secure $50M in funds and design a framework so leadership always knows what’s real and what’s next

• Craft the investment narrative together with the leadership and investment team

• Quarterback LP diligence, coordinating legal and finance to ensure fast turnaround and a frictionless process

• Identify and open doors to anchor LPs and strategic partners who bring more than capital: distribution, customers, industry reach, co-invest appetite and credibility

• Drive the closing sprint from soft-circle → hard commit → signed docs → funded capital

• Build a high-quality LP base aligned with i4Valley’s vision and ready for Fund II

• Support post-close investor communications through LP updates, portfolio insights and relationship building

What We’re Looking For

• Capital raising track record with direct ownership of a meaningful raise (VC fund formation preferred, alternatively late-stage startup fundraising)

• LP fluency: ability to explain risk/reward clearly and handle objections

• LP access in Israel and globally, or a proven ability to build it

• Closer mentality - ability to create momentum and get documents signed

• Excellent English writing and presentation skills

• Strong process discipline - every interaction tracked

• High integrity - trust is the product

• Genuine interest in Industry 4.0 / AI-Factory / DeepTech

• Resilience and tenacity
