Senior Salesforce Developer for a leading Company! 5357

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, lead, and implement complex technical architectures on the Salesforce platform. The role combines deep hands-on development with technical leadership, solution architecture, integrations, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and lead complex Salesforce technical architectures with a strong focus on performance, scalability, security, and best practices.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend improvements and upgrades.

Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Ensure clean, efficient, maintainable, and high-quality code aligned with Salesforce standards.

Integrations

• Design and lead integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom systems) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and seamless data flows between systems.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD processes, including version control and deployment pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.

Technical Leadership & Project Ownership

• Lead technical projects end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, analysts, and external partners.
• Mentor and guide developers and implementation teams, ensuring high coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, while meeting timelines and budgets.

Training & Enablement

• Train development teams and end users, lead adoption processes, and support successful rollout of new solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field – a significant advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 2-3 years in a Technical Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community), and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• At least 2-3 years of experience designing and leading complex Salesforce architectures, with strong knowledge of:
• System architecture and data models
• Security and permission models
• Flows
• Dashboards & Reports
• Validations and Approval Processes
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, system design, and information security
• Experience with complex third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and work with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
