QA Automation Lead

Remedio is a profitable cyber company that leads the Device Posture Management space for enterprise organizations.

We detect and remediate misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and hardening issues in real time, automatically, with instant rollback and no downtime.

After years of profitability, we raised 65 million dollars to deepen the platform into areas such as vulnerability management and expand it with additional capabilities.

We are looking to hire a QA Automation Lead to own our test infrastructure and automation, and lead quality initiatives across teams.

Requirements:

• Experience leading QA and automation efforts in a fast-growing startup or complex system, with strong hands-on coding ownership.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with technical leadership and cross-team collaboration, including code design and reviews.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python 3 development (with type annotations), writing clean, scalable automation code.
• Proven experience leading code reviews and enforcing high coding standards.
• Strong debugging skills across backend, UI, and system-level tests.
• Experience working at admin/system level on Windows and Linux.
• Experience testing across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong software engineering mindset and passion for quality

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for QA automation, owning test strategy, architecture, and code quality standards.
• Lead QA efforts end-to-end, defining methodologies, best practices, and coding guidelines, including code reviews.
• Maintain and evolve a production-grade E2E automation codebase on AWS (backend, UI, endpoint sensors).
• Design, implement, and review scalable regression and E2E tests.
• Expand and manage the testing matrix across Windows, Linux, macOS, and network appliances.
• Continuously improve and refactor automated test suites for complex, high-scale scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Product, participating in technical discussions and code reviews.
• Debug, optimize, and scale test execution across large environments.
