מהות התפקיד

אנו מחפשים אחראי/ת תיאום ייצור, רכש ותפעול לתפקיד מרכזי בליבת פעילות החברה, בדיווח ישיר למנהלת התפעול.

זהו תפקיד דרג ביניים, המתאים במיוחד לאנשי/נשות תפעול בעלי 3–8 שנות ניסיון, המעוניינים לקחת אחריות רחבה, לעבוד קרוב לייצור ולהשפיע באופן ישיר על איכות, לוחות זמנים ותוצאות עסקיות.

התפקיד כולל אחריות על תיאום ייצור, רכש וניהול הזמנות, עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים ושותפי ייצור בארץ ובחו״ל, וממשק ישיר עם לקוחות החברה בהיבטים תפעוליים.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

אחריות תפעולית מקצה-לקצה על תהליכי רכש וייצור בחו״ל ובהתאם לדרישות הלקוחות תחת מנהלת התפעול (אנחנו צוות קטן בן 3 אנשים בחברת פתרונות ושירות יצרני המונה 10 עובדים)

• הכנת הצעות מחיר, קליטת הזמנות, הוצאת הזמנות רכש ומעקב אספקות
• תיאום יומיומי מול ספקים, מפעלים ושותפי ייצור בישראל, סין ומזרח אירופה
• בקרה על תהליכי ייצור, הרכבות, איכות, בדיקות ולוחות זמנים
• עבודה ישירה מול לקוחות: סטטוסים, לו״ז ופתרון בעיות
• ניהול נתונים ותהליכים במערכות ERP / CRM (יתרון ל-Monday.com)
• טיפול במסמכי איכות וייצור (COC / COA, דוחות איכות, תיעוד פרויקטים)
• מעורבות בסורסינג, איתור ספקים ושותפי ייצור חדשים
• עבודה Hands-On בהתאם לצורך – חברת בוטיק: כולם עושים הכול

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון של 2–8 שנים בתפקידי תפעול / רכש / תיאום ייצור בסביבה תעשייתית או טכנית
• רקע ברכש, קניינות, תפ״י, הנדסה מכנית משרדית, סחר או ניהול לקוחות עסקיים
• ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים ושותפי ייצור בחו״ל
• הבנה טכנית ויכולת עבודה עם שרטוטים, BOM ומפרטים – יתרון משמעותי
• שליטה טובה מאוד באנגלית
• שליטה גבוהה ב-Office ו-Excel, ניסיון במערכות ERP / CRM
• סדר, דיוק, אחריות אישית ויכולת עבודה עצמאית
• נכונות לתפקיד מעשי, משולב משרד ושטח

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Coordination, Procurement & Operations Manager for a central role at the core of the company’s operations, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

This is a mid-level position, particularly well suited for operations professionals with 3–8 years of experience, who are looking to take broad responsibility, work close to manufacturing activities, and have a direct impact on quality, schedules, and business results.

The role includes responsibility for manufacturing coordination, procurement, and order management, ongoing work with suppliers and manufacturing partners in Israel and abroad, and direct operational interaction with the company’s customers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end operational responsibility for overseas procurement and manufacturing processes, in alignment with customer requirements, under the Head of Operations (small operations team of up to 3 people within a 10-person manufacturing solutions company)
• Preparation of quotations, order intake, issuance of purchase orders, and delivery tracking
• Daily coordination with suppliers, factories, and manufacturing partners in Israel, China, and Eastern Europe
• Monitoring and control of manufacturing processes, assemblies, quality, testing, and delivery schedules
• Direct operational interaction with customers: status updates, timeline coordination, and issue resolution
• Management of data and workflows in ERP / CRM systems (advantage for Monday.com)
• Handling manufacturing and quality documentation (COC / COA, quality reports, project documentation)
• Involvement in sourcing activities and identification of new suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Hands-on operational support as needed — boutique company mindset: everyone does everything

Work Environment & Flexibility

• Company offices are located in Herzliya, in an office set within a private residential building
• Hybrid work option of 1–2 days per week available after six months in the role
• On-site operational support as required, as part of a hands-on role

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in operations, procurement, or manufacturing coordination roles within an industrial or technical environment
• Background in procurement, purchasing, PPC, office-based mechanical engineering support, trade, or business customer management
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Technical understanding and ability to work with drawings, BOMs, and specifications — significant advantage
• Very good command of English
• High proficiency in Office and Excel; experience with ERP / CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, personal accountability, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to take on a practical, hands-on role, combining office work with on-site involvement as needed
