Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping and refining the product direction for Ultra Red’s CTEM platform, based on customer needs, research insights, and market analysis.
• Lead the definition and specification of new capabilities, including problem validation, user flows, and PRDs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to design and deliver deep-scanning and exposure-management features.
• Manage the product discovery process, gather user feedback, analyze data, and recommend clear prioritization.
• Support product planning cycles and ensure alignment across teams (Engineering, Sales Engineering, CSM, Leadership).

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in cybersecurity, specifically in at least one of the following:
• CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management)
• ASM / EASM (Attack Surface Management)
• Vulnerability Management / Exposure Management
• Adversary Emulation / Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS / ABAS)
• Continuous scanning / asset discovery platforms
• Strong understanding of attacker workflows, internet-facing exposures, misconfigurations, and risk prioritization.
• Proven experience writing PRDs and working end-to-end with engineering teams building complex scanning or detection engines.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear product direction.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
