Job Description:

• We are seeking a NOC Team Leader to manage and lead the Network Operations Center team across shifts. The role includes workforce planning, professional supervision, and employee development.
• The position involves leading monitoring processes, fault detection, and initial response to infrastructure, network, and information systems incidents.
• The NOC Team Leader is responsible for performing root cause analysis (RCA) for cross-system incidents, driving continuous improvement processes, and preventing recurring issues. The role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, networking, information security, development, support teams, and external stakeholders.
• Additional responsibilities include service monitoring and reporting, ensuring SLA compliance, system availability tracking, incident trend analysis, and exception management. The role also includes onboarding and training new team members, professional mentoring, and building and maintaining a team knowledge base.
• The position involves implementing, integrating, and continuously improving monitoring tools, automation solutions, and operational dashboards, as well as managing an operational command center (war room) during critical incidents and coordinating all relevant parties.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of technological experience in infrastructure, networking, and/or system operations, in an operational or service-oriented role
• Experience working in a large, distributed organization with more than 1,000 users
• In-depth familiarity with monitoring and control systems, with a strong focus on centralized consoles and NOC operational environments
• Full understanding of core NOC operational processes, including interfaces with internal and external support teams
• At least 4 years of experience managing a NOC in a large, distributed organization (1,000+ users)
